SOHO Management grew out of Smith & Oak Real Estate — a Providence-based brokerage with over 200 transactions and $100M+ in volume across RI, MA, and CT. After years of working with investors who struggled to find reliable management, we built SOHO to fill the gap.

Our focus has always been B-tier and above multifamily residential. We're not chasing volume — we're chasing performance. Every unit we manage is treated like an asset to be optimized, not just a box to fill.

What sets us apart is integration. Our in-house maintenance division (SOHO Plumbing & Mechanical), our development arm (S&O Development), and our brokerage all work in concert. When you hire SOHO Management, you get the whole platform — not just a property manager.

We're based in Providence, we know this market intimately, and we're accountable to results — not excuses.

Licensed since 2012 across RI, MA, and CT with 200+ transactions and $100M+ in volume, Scott built SOHO Management as the operations arm of his vertically integrated real estate platform. He leads business development and oversees strategy across all four divisions.

Milissa leads the full leasing lifecycle for SOHO's portfolio — from listing and showings to tenant screening, lease execution, and move-in coordination. Her attention to detail and tenant communication keeps occupancy high and vacancies short.

Mike oversees all maintenance operations across SOHO's managed portfolio — coordinating work orders, vendor relationships, and in-house crews to keep properties in top condition and owners out of the weeds.
